How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order, order weight or distance of shipping. Additional charges may apply for interstate customers. Please contact us for more information.

How long does shipping take?

If your order is placed for ‘standard in-stock products’ before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), we will endeavor pack your order within the same business day ready for our couriers to collect.

We will let you know approximate delivery dates when we receive your order. If your order has not arrived within 4 business days of the order being placed, please contact us.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. Shipping costs will vary along with any additional charges. Please contact us for more information.

I want to pick up my order, can I do that?

Yes, our branch is located at 2/6 Overlord place, Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. Choose the pick-up option when placing your order. We will email you to let you know when it is ready to collect.

Can I return my order?

Yes, products can be returned within 90 days of the date of delivery (exclusive of any shipping costs). Please note that all products will be inspected upon return and a restocking and handling fee will be taken from the credit.

Is there a restocking charge?

Yes. Each return incurs a charge unless faulty. It will be the greater of $20 (minimum charge) and:

• 10% of the invoice for Goods returned within 30 days;
• 20% of the invoice for Goods returned within 60 days; or
• 25% of the invoice for Goods returned within 90 days.
